My pen doesnot work properly

Hello,
i have a pen drive toshiba 8gb.it is detected by my os<win xp/sp2>.But after i copy movie clips in to the pen,can't play back them.some times it automatically generate some folders.pen can be formatted.but the situation is same.plese help me to solve this problem.thank you....

Dear Sir,

There might be a virus or corrupted file on the USB Key. Please confirm the issue and have it cleaned up it is a virus infection. In the situation that there is a corrupted file on it, please get it formatted.
