Hi there,
Have you tried with another keyboard?is it a desktop or a laptop?Please provide more details on the issue after changing the keyboard as it seems to b a hardware problem since you mentioned when pressed Caps lock it shuts off.

The problem I have with my keyboard is when I press letter s,it displays this s€ €s €s s€ and when I press CAPSLOCK my pc shutdown.For now I use on-screen keyboard to type.OS is Winows Vista,and may pc is desktop.kindly help me.Please send your feedback at dion_carlo_rivera@yahoo.com.I do appreciate it very much.
