Lost power while installing windows xp now ge

Hello, while installing windows xp pro. lost power, made it to 3rd step installing windows, every reboot since I make it to the installing screen, then a fatal error box pops up, all it wants to do is keep rebooting around in circles

Change the boot device to the CD drive and start the install again with a format of the hard drive.
