Broken and dropped external hard disk drive

Hello,
how can i open my broken and dropped external hard disk drive because i cant access all my file stored in my LG external hard disk drive. Thanks for advice for this matter.

Hi there,

If when fallen it got a shock then its impossible to retrieve data from it.It will not be detected in any device.
