toshiba recovery file missing Closed

Hello,
now i am using toshiba laptop with vista,, i wont to format my laptop, but if i try for that that time one msg coming, "one recovery file missing"pls giv me one sugest what i do..? vista format disc available in market..? or down loading is posible..? i am waiting for ur replay...
