Formatting my toshiba

Hello,
Trying to do a restore on my toshiba satellite A135-S4666, all goes good with the first disc then i put in the second disc it says selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt. file: \windows\system32\winload.exe......status: OxcOOOOOOf. Tells me to insert the windows instatllation disc and restart computer. Called toshiba they said my windows disc is the restore disc. Anyone please help if you can.

Hi there,

Either your cd drive is not reading the disk properly or the disk itself is damaged,you can use an external cd rom drive and continue with the process or order your recovery cd from Manufacturer.
