Hi there,
Both are possible to make my friend but some procedures are to be followed,For memory you need to add it with same frequency as the other present,Cpuz will provide you the frequency and also how much of maximum memory can be added to your system,download it from link below:

For the hard drive,you will have to purchase a new one with higher size and reinstall windows and software and so on.

I have tried with CPU-z . It has given me the following report.
I would prefer a 512 Mb ram for this laptop. IS it possible to add?
How much will it cost ?
