Getting pocket internet connection on k310i

Hello,
i am using sony ericsson k310i mobile with aircel connection. now i need aircel pocket internet connection. i called to customer care they asked to type GPRS BP SON K310I and sms to 57788. i hav sended the msg but the reply i got was, your request cannot be processed because your phone model does not support. this was the message i got. but i hav gprs in my model. pls help in connecting pocket internet. waiting for ur suggestions.

Dear Muke,

This implies that your specific mobile phone doesn't have any browsing feature and hence you won't be able to activate any internet option on it. Yet if you do have a browser on it, phone them and explain them the trouble.
