Hello, i want a help please,
i love my laptop it windows 7 and mini laptop it is dell laptop but i have a problime i can't change my background photo i make all things but i can't i want your help to change my backgroung photo desktop can you tell me please. and thanxs very mush

This is the Windows 7 Starter edition and you can NOT change the background. It was designed that way.

you actually can, theres a program that allows you to, look it up
