Very low sound on internet

Hello,
I can not hear the online songs , the sound coming from speaker is not audible while sitting infront of computer .
there is okey sound in playing computer stored songs .in all the volume controls volume is high then also i can't hear the any online song so plz help me

Hi there,

Are other stored musics and audio cd paying correctly?If the sound of origin is distorted then the sound will result same.Please give more information.
