Latop freezes after startup.

Hello,
I'm not the best with computers but I know a pretty good bit. I have a laptop that runs with Windows Vista and my computer constantly freezes. Thus far, I'm sure I have a pretty bad virus here. When I run my NIS 2010 there are NO viruses found besides tons of tracking cookies, yet my computer still freezes. When I scan my computer with Malware Bytes there are tons of high risk viruses that show up, so I delete them and quarantine them, yet once again, my computer still freezes. I have to run my computer in safe mode to get it to run. Just someone please help, I'm a college student and my computer is my life. HELP! Thanks in advance to anyone with advice.

did you download Malware Bytes of internet?

yeah u kinda did coz malware bites acts the same way as anti vir it comes up with messeges saying some1 is trying to hack and lots of virus messeges such as trojans to get you 2 buy the proper version
