Am looking 4all in 1 sound driver for laptop

Hello,
i have my small laptop called CAMPUS , it came with XP as an Operating system , and i wanted to migrate to windows 7 , then i formatted my laptop and installed Windows 7 .. i made a backup of all files ,and folder , i failed to install a sound driver.. so please if u can help me get a sound driver that is that is compatible with most of the laptops .. i need to install my sound driver, bcause i failed with the one i used to have in xp , that i see is not compatible with windows 7
