Hey there,
My problem is that I cant start my pc on safe mode as the computer will just shut down by itself before completing start up and will just continue in this cycle. A message will just appear and tells me that it will shut down to protect itself. It also checks for adequate memory or bios updates.

Hey,
It goes without saying that this is a pretty much serious problem, have you tried the "last known good configuration"? if it fails again then you must try to start the pc in safe mode with command prompt option and run system restore from there. But I think that you must get the advice of a professional first.
