Product Name Has Encountered a Problem?

I recently purchased a new software program, but after downloading it, I am not able to open up the program. Everytime I click on the shortcut link I get the message in the little rectangle blue, white & beige pop up box that says ("Product name") has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have checked with the person who made the program and he assures me that it is working for everyone else. That means the problem must be with my computer.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem and what I must do to correct it?

Hi there,

Do you have the minimum requirements to use the application?Please check the requirements and also update drivers and associated software needed for it to start.Also if your operating system is compatible to it.
