a blue screen appears suddenly in acer 5738Z Closed

Hello,
I got an acer5738Z laptop very recently some 2 weeks ago and while working all of a sudden a blue screen appears!!!so anything working is not saved and its very regularly appearing!!kindly help!!!

Hi I have the same laptop and the same annoying problem... I've tried to fix it by changing the operating system from Vista to Windows 7 but the problem still exists... Even I updated the bios and nothing changed
I need a help before I smash my laptop!
