Hello,
I got an acer5738Z laptop very recently some 2 weeks ago and while working all of a sudden a blue screen appears!!!so anything working is not saved and its very regularly appearing!!kindly help!!!

Can you please provide the error message and code displayed when having bluescreen ?It will be easier to provide you the solution.

Hi I have the same laptop and the same annoying problem... I've tried to fix it by changing the operating system from Vista to Windows 7 but the problem still exists... Even I updated the bios and nothing changed
I need a help before I smash my laptop!
