Hello, i have a problem when i shut down the laptop and also have a problem when i double click on the desktop iconsthe problem there is no sound.so,please help me.

Dear Mili,

Please get to the Sound and Audio Properties in the Control Panel and in the Sound tab, select a Sound Scheme in order to have sound back. You will even find that you will be able to modify the different sounds that have been set with those that are available.
