My laptop won't turn on, even when plugged in

Hello,
thanks for notice.

My Laptop shut off, but it will not turn back on
I had tried those steps, "TAKE OUT BATTERY, REMOVE MAINS SUPPLY, HOLD POWER BUTTON DOWN FOR 30 SECS PUT POWER SUPPLY IN ONLY DO NOT PUT IN BATTERY TURN ON LAPTOP NOW PUT IN BATTERY". But it didn't work. So what am i going to do? Please help.

My laptop model is ASUS X51RLseries.

Check you power supply.May be the problem comes from the adapter.
