partioning hard-drive without formating Closed

Hello,
I hv to make partitions for my hard-drive in windows 7 machine without formating it.
how can i do that? please suggest.

Hi there,

To partition hard drive without formatting you must get in disk management and right click on cd drive and select shrink drive,select the size then a raw partition will be created ,right click on the raw partition and create a new partition ,Simple and easy without software ,also applicable in vista.
