Hello,I installed windows 7.Does gta 4 struck in windows 7 ? Whether it will run better in Xp than windows 7?

I have bought a WinTV Nova-TD-500 by hauppauge. under the impression it would work on windows7 media center. i have spent the last two days trying to get even a signal to no avail! after updating all drivers as recommended ecen getting the new wint v7 from hauppauge installing still have no signal.
Yes the line is fine as when i plug a setop box in its fine on another tv.

Im in New Zealand and I think its real crap that there isnt more support out there. Microsoft doesnt care. when they advertise thre new windows O/S they should make it more konwn that its not ready to go outa the box you in fact need additional support from the DVB card manufacturer.
Im angry..
is it even worth it?
