Hello, I have an Acer aspire Timeline 5810tg, and for a long time now, i had a problem with the audio device since i upgraded from vista to 7, and i reinstalled the Realtek software, and it got fixed, but i can't adjust the volume with the arrows, and i can't turn off the volume with regular Fn+F8. PLEASE HELP!!!

These are functions of the Motherboard hardware drivers. You should be able to download them from the manufacturer's web site if they support Windows 7 for your laptop model.

Good Luck

The motherboard drivers are supplied by the laptop manufacturer. Go to their Web site and find the "support" tab. Then look for the drivers for your model.

Good Luck
