Hello,
The file seems to come from your mobile (Smith Micro Software) if you have one. I suggest that the reason you cannot delete it is because you have a registry error. The file entry should be removed from your registry before you can delete it from "My photos". But again, you may need this file in the future.
Is it necessry for you to delete it?
