If it have a driver try to install that driver if not try to read a manual that comes with it to see the direction of how to install it

Hi..the same problem for me too as posted by kevlaruni, on Monday October 6, 2008 10:29:56 AM.. While purchasing my pendrive they gave me the driver which will be used for windows 98.. but now i am using xp pro edition.. Also i used the same pen drive 2 months earlier in my system too... Now recently my system wont boot due to RAM failure.. so i replaced with a new RAM.. So my problem starts from here only... Also i Placed a similar problem on Dec 19, 2008 titled "WINDOWS CANNOT RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE "
