You have problems with the Windows registry. Download Ccleaner from Cnet uses it to scan and fix registry problems. I might fix your problem.

hi!!

Mr. Hardik

Do as I suggest to valeria about system restarting, ccleaner will clean your unwanted junk stuff which is lying in
your system, removing this junky stuff your system will be get good space and will run fast only
to remove your virus you use same ESET NOD 32 antivirus free edition software. it will work and your system
will be healthy.

regards and take care

The CCleaner worked great! The NOD32 ESET 4 scanned zero viruses.

I'm getting this message in a blue screen:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Stop: 0x0000000A (0x000002CC, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x804E3B58)

Any advise for the fix will be greatly appreciated. Thank you much.

Where are Bios? I have looked everywhere. Thanks

@Rabnawaz

The error code you mentioned indicates a hardware driver issue. You must uninstall the hardware and then update the driver.

It may also mean that a driver incompatible with your OS has been installed.

Try booting in safe mode to correct the issue.

Good luck

P.S. If you wish further help, I suggest that you begin a new thread as this one is four years old and I doubt that people will read it. Lucky I read everything.
