Help with toshiba recovery

Hello,
I have a toshiba satellite a135-s4407 Windows vista. My computer won't start up, it keeps stating recovery restore recommended. I click on that and the computer goes through the necessary loading, and then the computer states not able to restore automatically, error message 0x80070002.

it won;t even let me get to the log in screen. it won't let me open with windows normally.
