Virus Protector Closed

Question

Hello guy's I'm just wondering which is the best virus protecting to use I've got avast 5.0 2010 but a free update form my other 4.8. I've use Micro Trend and found that slowed my other computer down but it was good it remove every virus, all i need to know which is the besst 1 to download for free and keep my laptop safe. Also when i  was on the internet this windows pop up said my laptop is unsafe and i needed to download this virus protector for it, so far my laptop is a bit slow after i did it and it took about 40 to 50 seconds to log on but now i get a blank screen and the virus protector is the first thing to pop up and it does a quick scan i get a side bar saying Anti-Spam Warning on the left hand side of my screen and a icon up on the bottom screen. hope to get some help ASAP like right now thanks Gerva

Okay, that's just great!

Virus Protector is one of the most difficult rogue Horse Trojan virus to crush and send to the glue factory.

I will prescribe to you, I mean for the Horse, a powerful poison but please do follow these instructions carefully.

1. Download Combofix

From here:

http://www.combofix.org/download.php

2. Before running the tool, disconnect your modem

3. Disable your antivirus as Combofix may see it as a virus (for some anyway)

4. Close all applications

5. Run the tool

In the course of the scan, your system may restart or you may be asked to restart, don't be alarmed, it is normal.

After Combofix, your system should be as clean as an angel's underwear!:)))

After, please, just to be and remain on the safe side, turn off your system restore for about 30 to 45 seconds and create a new fresh restore point that you can always come back to in case of need.

Thats what I mean, unless you can end the process I told you about, you should be able to spot it, but to not stop what you are not sure about.

Ending the process should temporarily stop the pop-ups.

Should you decide to download Combofix on another computer, I would suggest a usb key often call a pendrive.

You don't need Internet to get it running.
