Cant access a website

After using a free internet connecting whilst abroad I tried to gain access to betfair.com but it was rejected, however the website is still being blocked when I am back home using my own broadband???????????? help

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the problem is not occurring for the fact that there has been two account that have been created at the website on the same computer.
