Please check in your device manager whether you need to get your sound driver updated or still check whether the equalizer on the application that you are using is well adjusted.

PLZ help ..don't know whats happened but when i try & go on any applications they're not found, even my email comes up with " choose the program you want to use to open this file : I do everything run the programme then it goes back to the beggining... how do i go to a previous date when my computer worked (i've done it b4 but can't remember how to get there)
