Sound problem in my laptop

Hi i am not able to hear any sound from my aspire 4520 laptop. i tried everything from reinstalling the driver ... still i cant hear any sound. when i go to the sound and audio devices it shows bluetooth hand;s free audio as the default device. how can i remove this . i tried uninstalling blueetooth hands free from control panel system device manger... but after i restart my computer it still says found new hardware device bluetooth hands free audio device.. please help me...

Hello,

Sound suddenly stopped working on computer

Hello.... I got home from work today and my sound was working I fell asleep for an hour and a half and when I woke up it was no longer working. I have no idea what happened... can someone please help me... I am using windows xp as an operating system. I don't know what else you might need to know but if you need something just ask... I have very little knowledge about computers and would appreciate very detailed and explicit directions... thank you so much for any help you can give me...

Hello,

okay, it just happened today, the sound from my pc works fine; I can hear my music, videos, etc.

but when it comes to browsing on the internet, there is no sound! I go to youtube to watch a few vids and no sound! ive reinstalled my browser numerous times, and even downloaded a sound software. nothing!

any ideas?System Configuration: Windows XP
