Hi all,
I have a machine - Hp Compaq DC5100 SFF PW092EA and it needed to be update i.e micorocode update, so I googled and found a utility that can upgrade the microcode in windows enviroment, so I did so, the name of the utility is HPQ Flash. Now am getting an error.
1802 - Processor not supported
System Board doesnt support this processor.
Any assistance will be appreciated

You will need to update the BIOS with the correct micro code. If it can not be updated you will need to replace the BIOS chip with a correctly programed chip.
