Trouble laptop hybernated

Yesterday I was working on my laptop,But I pressed on hibernate by mistake and it was working then i click shut down by mistake and it completely went off . Now I can not put it on.It won't work after pressing the power button twice for 5 seconds and then for 20 second.Then I so many on the laptop but no use at all.Can you help please?
