Laptop will not turn on.

my laptop is dead from the past one month now.....its not turning on... its just went off suddenly...even when i tried to charge it..the charger's led light goes off....the service center is saying that the motherboard has damaged..some of its ic's are not working....it will cost me 15,000...i have tried the upside down method also...but of no use...what should i do??????
i have a dell laptop vostro 1510...pleaase could i get some advice....

Hi there,

If as per the symptoms the service center suggested the motherboard is not good then you should follow their advise or get it checked by someone who is expert or qualified in repairing it.
