Email attachments Closed

I'm using vista, Office 2007. I can't attach a file to my emails. I was able to just a few weeks ago. How to correct?

Dear Sir, 

It might be coming from the security system restricting you to attach some specific files for they might be corrupted or contain viruses. Please confirm the issue for further help.
