Hi could someone please help me. I have 2 computers and old one has windows xp and the new one has windows 7. I have transferred all my stuff such as files, movies, music and documents onto the external from the old computer but when I hook the external to the new one it only shows the movies and not the other files. music is playable but invisible to the eye.

Hi there,

Open explorer>tools>folder options and select show hidden files.
