no sound on laptop Closed

Question

Hi again.the solution worked for a while.now if i do as you advised me it works for a few mionutes and stops again.and if i try to open itunes,it says i have a problem with my audio configuration.I wnt to control panell and everything is in order-it says.
any ideas?it coul be a virus from my external hard?

Dear Oineal, 

The problem might be coming from the fact that the sound driver is not compatible to the system and in order to get the problem solved, you should get to the Device Manager and have it updated.
