Hi there,
While working perfectly in other pc or in same get in safe mode and right click on my computer>properties>advanced tab>settings disable automatic restart and restart machine in normal mode,or if you want to install windows you can do it via usb,you will need a pendrive of minimum 1Gb free memory in size and instruction are as given on link below:
