Help!! some keys on my keyboard not working

Hi,
I have a problem with my keyboard, i cannot use the "y", "r", " a", "n", "b" keys, i am using the On Screen Keyboard, i really need my keys to work again, any tips??

Change your keyboard to see difference,its a portable or desktop pc?
