Help, cannot find graphic options menu

I can't seem to find my grapic options menu or setting does anyone know where it is, i need to swicth the graphics to safe mode.

Dear Sir,

Please explain clearly why you are trying to switch "the graphic card to safe mode" and explain clearly what you mean by this for further help.
