GPRS and MMS connection

Hello.. I bought my nokia 5130c-2 and I can't request for GPRS/MMS connection with my network.. upon purchase i could still use my internet connection but hen it hang, i wen't to a repair shop and suggested me to reformat my phone. but then again, from that moment i lose my connection thats why I'm asking for your help where i can get my internet connection thru gprs and mms.. thanks a lot
