IE7 error messageClosed

Question

My laptop (windows XP pro)  installed with IE 7 cant load the internet pages. Application error message states " the instruction at "0x6dbb3a74" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".  can someone help how to fix this or I can uninstalled the existing whole IE7 in the laptop and reinstalled a new IE7 application downloaded free? many thanks. Right click at internet explorer icon and start without add-ons.  Then, disable add-ons that u think it causes the problem (maybe antivirus). Hope it helps.
