Call of duty modern warfare 2 mp update error Closed

Question

Hi, I turned on my ps3 and it says update required so, I download it and at between 1005 and 1% on installing it said ERROR i do not know how to re-do this patch and system update says i already have the latest update which i obviously dont because when  i go onto game and select Cod then green goes black and does not come back on (have to turn ps3 off ) Does anyone have a soloution? thanks.

go to your game data utility and delete the mw2 stuff, and go back and get update again

i delleted all my data and it is still not working :@ :(

utility data under game, Ps3 utility and i deleted all saves

when i select cod it just goes blank and it shud come up with the game or upload but it dont
