I lost all my phone data & contacts Plz help

hello,
I Have an LG G900, and today by mistake i press on Factory reset and i lost everything single thing on my phone, i'm so sad and i swear im gonna cry, and the problem is that i moved all my contacts to the phone memory so i lost them all as well, and i have so may numbers is their any way to restooore theeem pleaaaaaaaaase ?? heeelppppp

Dear Sir,

Once you get it restored to factory settings, you actually have deleted all files and get it back to the original state when you bought it. There will be no way to get back your files though.
