Window can't boot, and keeps on restarting

Hello,

My windowsXP can't boot up, my CPU just keeps on beeping and restarting, my keyboard is dead, monitor as well, i've checked the wirings inside CPU all is good ad connected, don't know what else to do...can't go to safe mode because my keyboard is dead, also can't reinstall WindowXP because of dead keyboard. Monitor shows no sign of loading of windows, its just shows plain black screen...please someone help me...I'm not gOod at fixing computer related problems, hope someone could teach or guide me in fixing my problem.

It might be hardware problem dude....because it beeping but as it is restarting too i can't say, it can be RAM problem...just refix it!

Open your cabinet, then there will be (have you seen RAM) its in black colour slot, its just 1 or may be 2 chips depends on PC, remove it, then refixed it after slightly cleaned...carefully...& insert it as it was before......& now it will be funny part that if you dont know how it looks then it looks somewhat like this!!!
