NOKIA 5130 XpressMusic Phone Conflicting Apps

Hi!
i have NOKIA 5130C-2 XpressMusic Phone.
When I try to open my phone " OVI Store" Application this error message appear
" Conflicting Applications. Show items? ". If I press " Yes " button my phone automatically show white screen and then it Restart. ( I set pin number but in this restart my phone didn't request that pin number .) I can't update that Ovi Store application. Why is that?
Is that Any kind of Mall-ware Effect? I have latest Nokia software. (my phone is Up to date).
