No sound

I just installed a new keyboard (Logitech MK300) and now the computer has no sound. The Settings says everything's working fine, but...no sound. I can't figure out how to fix it. Everything's set to 'volume on' (and high too, for that matter). Computer is a HP; I have Vista, Web browser Firefox.
Is it something simple I'm missing? The computer has internal speakers.

Dear Sir,

Please get to your Device Manager and see whether the Sound Driver needs to be updated in order for it to work properly.
