it is not battery problem because the laptop is a new one, and i have charged it before using it. before it stated refusing to boot,it usually shows blue on the screen with a write up SIGNALup. i try going to the system setup but it has a password.

Hello Ibro,
Insert your Windows disk and try to boot. If it boots, you will have an option to repair. If it does not boot, you definately have a hardware problem, not a virus issue.
