No sound

My computer keeps saying something about the configuration and audio.I,m trying to listen to a cd of music and i get no sound Alsowhen i try to turn up the volume on the computer the green line to make the sound go higher and lower does not move at all help please.

Please consider installing the sound driver in order to have sound on your system.
