Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://wikisend.com/ etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
Also stupid to ask, but does all PC have same version of Office/windows and service packs ?

Heres a test version....
All the Laptops are the same- i have two identical ones here, one is this one where it works, the next doesnt. Like i said, the forms all work, but it is the reports which only show once highlighted.
excuse the database, im not a developer, just used some knowledge and trial and error from school knowledge 6 years ago!

Well I am one of those who is not able to see the report. I was able to see report if i change its Pop Up property to NO
It seems all the reports dont seem to work, the ones in the middle section.
My guess is that because all the reports are macros, here must be some type of security glitch somewhere.
I shall try the pop up =no , but the users who will be using the system will have little, if any knowledge....so i want the full screen to prevent the users from causing any damage!
