My loptop do not start up

I have a Dell Latitude D505 and it doesn't start up. When I push the power button, the power lights come on for a few seconds and they go out. the screen doesn't come on at all. I replaced the batttery and also installed 1 new memory module... still not working. What can I do to fix this problem?

First thing you can try is a reset, take your batter out disconnect the power and hold down your power button for 20 seconds.

I would also suggest taking out what ram you installed until the problem is fixed.
