Access internet on phone through PC internet

Hello,



Here's the situation:


I have a PC/Laptop = connected to the internet.
I have a mobile phone = not connected to the internet.
I connected my mobile phone by a USB cable to my PC/Laptop.

Here is the question:
How do I browse the internet on my mobile phone, using my PC/Laptop's internet connection?

I have Samsung SGH F270 phone and windows 7 operating system........... plz help
