How to disable windows genuine

<config>Windows XP / Safari 532.5</configHello, My computer say's "You may be a victim of software counterfeiting." How do I uninstall Genuine Microsoft? I can't get on the internet without giving myself a headache first , use windows media player, my screen saver keeps disappering and all I'm left with is a black screen. Every time I try to find out what's going on or what's happening it bumps me off so I can't get on the internet. The only solution I found is to shell out $180 bucks that just doesn't exsist. PLEASE, tell me how to get this off so I don't have to sell a kidney!!!
